irunningcoach is an innovative coaching company based in the north west of england, that can assist runners of all ages and abilities in the provision of the ‘complete runner support package’. we were originally founded in 2008 as a network of fitness professionals to support elite and sub elite athletes in the north west of england. our network contains some of the leading authorities from the world of sport, many of whom are working with a number of the leading teams, athletes and sporting organisations in the uk and around the world. our personnel contains some of the country’s leading elite event coaches, nutritionists, strength & conditioning coaches, psychologists, sports therapists and physiotherapists.
