Isaaffik - Arctic Gateway

isaaffik arctic gateway is a website meant to strengthen the collaboration and coordination among the arctic research community within the kingdom of denmark. the goal of isaaffik - “the large door” - is to become the place where researchers working in the arctic post their planned fieldwork and their travels under development, courses, and other activities of relevance. it is also the place where projects are announced and new results are being flagged in order to share logistics, knowledge and know-how. isaaffik arctic gateway represents the concerted effort of: university of copenhagen (ku), aarhus university (au), aalborg university (aau), university of southern denmark (sdu), technical university of denmark (dtu), greenland institute of natural resources (gn), danish meteorological institute (dmi), and geological survey and denmark and greenland (geus), and is supported by the ministry of higher education and science. additional institutions are expected to join, and others may be
