my desire to paint and sculpt stems from a basic need to sooth my inner spirit. my work deals with experiences tied to relationships, my environment, and nature. my deep source of inspiration comes from nothing other than the beauty of nature. as a conglomerate of textured, irregular, rough, smooth, polished, simple, deep, earthy, sensual and unpretentious properties, nature’s attributes are the essence of my work. my creation process is an emotional, self-fulfilling experience of awareness, which can only be unleashed in the spiritual refuge of my art-making manifestation.
