Isha Yoga Uk & Europe

isha uk is a non-profit, volunteer-run charity based at the isha yoga centre in south london. acting as the hub for isha’s activities in europe, the centre offers a variety of daily yoga and meditation programmes; including classical hatha yoga, and isha’s flagship programme, inner engineering. whilst we welcome participants from across europe, we also support local and disadvantaged communities, offering tools for physical and mental wellbeing to all. our sessions are also available as tailored corporate modules, which we have brought to some of london’s leading organisations; nurturing an atmosphere of joy, productivity and inclusivity in office environments. for those unable to come to the centre, we conduct online programmes and webinars, including inner engineering online, a profound 7 video course that firmly establishes tools for physical and mental wellbeing.
