interoil guyana inc. (iog), a locally registered joint venture company, between the interoil group (www.interoilint.com) and mings products and services (mps – www.mps.gy) of guyana, launched the isika shore base integrated project to serve the booming oil & gas industry in guyana. isika shore base inc. as the sole operator will design, finance, operate and maintain the shore base, as a full-fledged integrated isps compliant oil & gas service centre, located in a single location on the west bank of the essequibo river in guyana. interoil group, with 40 years of experience in the o&g industry, participated in the construction, operations, and management of similar projects in west africa (the world’s biggest o&g free zone) and the sonils logistic base in angola where presently, it is operating the kaombo ultra-deep project shore base for total, exxonmobil, sonangol, sinopec & galp. interoil also owns and operates a fleet of construction barges operating mainly in west africa and qatar
