your centre in downtown ottawa is a resource & service centre for muslims, non-muslims & institutions to understand islam & receive care! our centre in downtown ottawa servers all who need care. our programs include serving the needy, families, children, converts, women, inmates, seniors, youth, palliative patients, the hungry, the homeless and anyone who needs care. it is only full-time muslim social service centre that servers anyone from any background who enters our doors or calls in the region. we works to address the needs of the community and help with some if it's challenges like supporting mental health, ending violence against women, helping new canadians and refugees integrate comfortably into canada, and contributing to low-income housing needs of the city. the centre invites the general public to understand islam. we provide a resource centre for government agencies, the media, academic institutions and religious groups. we can sponsor public lectures at universities, high
