Start With the Body

the path to true health is a three-fold process. one must exercise the body, the mind and the spirit. before we can strengthen the mind and spirit, we must make sure that it’s container … the body … is heading towards optimum. so physical exercise is the first step. my mission: to help humanity become better, one person at a time. starting with me. project overview: originally i was just looking for a way to get fit again myself. i found a system that worked for me (team beachbody) and explored being a coach with them. it is an effective path for many, but i found though the programs are definitely good, the sales side of it was not for me. i developed this site as a sales tool, and decided to continue to maintain it, realizing it could have other benefits as well. so now i am documenting my own journey to a healthy me. what am i doing?: to put it simply, i want to take control of my life, my health and to unlearn the habits that keep me down. the first place to start is to learn how t
