Ithaca Pet Sitters

we love your pets as much as you do! ithaca pet sitters was founded by local ithacan sarah johnson. sarah has her animal science degree from cornell university and has worked in the human health services for many years. she has been a pet owner since a young age. she participated in the cornell cooperative extension 4-h program in which she showed her prize winning goats, sheep, and rabbits at the oswego county fair. sarah has always had cats and dogs as well as an array of other pets. she enjoys caring for animals and has loved them since she can remember. her dream of being a veterinarian in 1st grade led her to cornell where she gained great experience with many animal species. while at cornell she competed on the cornell western equestrian team and worked on a 100 plus championship horse farm caring for the mares and foals. she does not shy away from any type of pet out there. she was an education volunteer at the zoo in syracuse and specialized in the endangered humboldt penguins.
