ivy research council (irc) was started by three 2015 graduates to advise the world's best companies on the ways they engage with top young talent - both on university campuses and within their corporations. as we expand our sponsor companies, we are growing our team. currently, we're looking for a+ talent with a deep commitment to service and an unsated bent toward entrepreneurship to join our team and experience the growth of a business. as to our philosophy, we believe there is power in a deep understanding of top young talent – how they choose between firms and the best, most innovative strategies companies use to engage them. in our work, we seek just that: a new level of insight on this group – our peers – to help companies design the most effective entry-level and university talent strategies possible.
