jc moag corporation was started in 1946 by james cameron moag. the company first started out by designing and distributing merchandising hardware (signage, binning etc.) glass and wood displays (store fixtures) to department stores and retailers. we had offices in new york, los angeles, and toronto. in the late 70’s and early 80’s the company started manufacturing the glass and wood display fixtures out of the new york location. toronto and los angeles locations were used as warehousing and distribution points. in 1987 the company had outgrown the 3 locations, and logistically it made sense to bring all 3 locations together in a centrally located city. at this time the company was run by john moag and his sister carolyn moag. after searching several cities the family decided they liked louisville, ky. the business was re-located to jeffersonville, in. in the late 80’s and early 90’s our customers started requesting that the glass being used in our store fixtures needed to be tempered s
