j & h holdings limited, a joint venture company of bangladesh-taiwan registered with registrars of joint stock companies & firms of bangladesh. the managing director and the chairman of the company are taiwanese who are in bangladesh for last 17 years having investment more than bdt.500 crore in textile sector. formosa textile and hwa well textile (bd) ltd. are their earlier investment. out of these two units, hwa well is a publicly listed company in bangladesh running business with very adequately with utmost satisfaction of the investors. they are also proficient in construction business in taiwan have a long experience in real estate sector. in line with their latest knowledge in the construction arena, j & h has been established as joint venture company in bangladesh with a mission to develop quality environment friendly buildings and home.
