j&r natural meat and sausage features locally grown and naturally raised meats. come in to our paso robles or templeton stores or order our grass-fed beef online. we hand make our sausages in dozens of mouth-watering flavors, and we cure and house-smoke a variety of meats including pastrami, bacon, and whole turkeys for the holidays. partner jim fogle has crafted an original collection of rubs and sauces, available only in our stores. we offer a diverse selection of cheese, charcuterie, marinades, and appetizers featuring local producers. our famous sandwiches feature house-smoked beef or pork piled high on a fresh roll. j&r is also a full service, usda inspected and california state licensed butcher facility that can process ranch harvested livestock or wild game into neatly vacuum packaged cuts to your specifications.
