j & t home healthcare services llc was established with the mission to improve the quality of life of its clients through coordination and integration of services with the intention to minimize the changes in client’s experience and expectations as they face certain physical and health challenges. our healthcare aide administrators help bridge the gap between the hospital and home to reduce hospital visits and re-admissions. some of our core programs include chores & homemaking care, companionship care, travel assistance, home health care aide, hygiene & personal care, respite care, private duty care, meal preparation, hospital/appointment accompaniment, personal assistance, consumer – direct personal care and medication reminder. our mission is to provide skilled, compassionate, cost-effective care that promotes wellness and meets the homecare needs of our clients.
