j4 leaders is an interdenominational organization dedicated to encourage women to lead with a biblical perspective in business, the community, ministry, and the home. our name comes from the bible - judges: chapter 4.as the fourth ruler of israel, judge deborah led successfully through submission to god's plan for her life using her gifts and skills for his glory. deborah's story is an inspiration for all women who are called into leadership and it encour ages us to lead with a biblical perspective. j4 leaders' mission: to connect, encourage, and develop christian women in leadership. *connect women to share experiences, information, and resources *encourage women to "give courage" through support, inspiration, and fellowship *develop women through biblical knowledge, scholarships and mentors j4 leaders' vision: to activate women as leaders to influence the world for christ.
