joey jacobs grew up in raleigh, nc when his father moved the family from wilson. his father was a residential home builder and his mother a residential real estate agent. joey graduated from ecu with a bs in finance/real estate. following graduation, he worked alongside his father to build his first home in 1986. he currently has an unlimited building license, is an nc real estate broker, a certified nc residential appraiser, and has developed several subdivisions in the raleigh area. joey takes great pride in his work as a residential custom home builder and enjoys the challenges associated with developing and building. while he builds many speculative homes, he immensely enjoys partnering with his clients to create a custom-built home. joey is not just an average builder with a general contractor’s license; he brings a broad range of real estate knowledge and 30+ years of experience to each project.
