our mission is to promote diversity in our changing communities through multicultural symbols and relationships to images by using a blend of ballet, modern and jazz techniques intertwined with traditional african motifs channeling awareness and understanding in the messages of each work. janet reed and dancers are available for full length concerts and residencies which may include performance, master classes in contemporary african dance, modern and jazz techniques and choreography. the commissioning of this fine company will allow you to promote culture in your community or school as well as creating a venue for positive visiblity in black dance.
