when a spirit as bright and thoughtful as janine hee leaves us far too early, the greatest thing we can do is to honor her legacy by emulating the kindness and generosity that she truly embodied. janine was the type of person that would send a quick note or a gift to anyone she came across that needed a lift. she would lend her amazing organizational skills to get involved with any event or activity on which she thought she could have an impact. as a former kindergarten teacher, janine affected numerous children and families with her caring and kind demeanor. janine had a way of making everyone see the positive side of every situation even in the most difficult of times. this foundation will strive to provide this same type of positive energy to those in need by awarding scholarships to students attending paul vi high school which is where janine attended. janine valued the lifelong friendships she made at pvi, and it is the foundation’s belief that she would wholeheartedly embrace t
