jcs fish is an award-winning family-owned firm founded in grimsby in 2000 by andrew and louise coulbeck which specialises in frozen, prepared salmon products. we produce added value salmon for the retail industry under our own established ‘bigfish brand™’ and are also a major supplier to the catering trade. we have a turnover of around £6m a year and employ 40 people at our site on murray street in grimsby fish docks. jcs fish was proud to be the winner of the 2016 ‘business growth’ category in the north east lincolnshire business awards. bigfish brand™ is a range of added value frozen salmon fillets, first launched in 2009 at the speciality & fine food fair in london. it includes plain and organic salmon fillets plus fillets with flavoured marinades, all sold as convenient, individually wrapped fillets which can be cooked straight from frozen. awards for bigfish brand products include six great taste awards, being a finalist twice in the grocer’s new product awards (2014 and 2015) and
