trish callahan is founder and president of jdc consulting llc, a company whose mission is to assist companies in building a veteran-friendly organization. in addition to providing consulting services for veteran specific initiatives, trish also offers a wide range of human resource consulting services. after a successful 25+ year corporate career where she most recently served as vice president of human resource for sesame workshop, trish decided it was time for a change. her passion for veterans and the obstacles they face when leaving the military comes from close family ties to the armed forces, where her father and sister served. in her role at sesame workshop, she was often frustrated by the fact that despite working for a widely recognizable global brand, she had enormous difficulty locating veterans that she could employ. the formation of jdc consulting llc enables trish to bring her passion and experience to corporations and companies who are committed to veteran hiring, by imp
