jellybooks helps authors and book publishers to better understanding their audience and how books engage readers. our service has been called a "test screenings for movies, but for books" and a "google analytics for ebooks". we embed our proprietary candy.js tracking software inside electronic advance reader copies (earcs) to measure how readers engage with books. when and where are books read? how many readers finish the book. where do get they stuck? the data is collected 1 - 4 months prior to publication and the insights help publishers understand how to position and market books reading data can also be collected post-publication to assess if a first-time author who is selling well is also engaging with readers (no engagement, means no audience and hence no ready audience for the second book). we have worked with penguin random house uk, faber & faber, simon & schuster, ullstein, piper verlag, verlagsgruppe random house and other publishers to create unique insights. we are the win
