Jess Richardson - Virtual Assistant

i have worked in customer service and administration for nearly 20 years and seem to have covered most elements, including the creation of a call centre! after having my daughter in 2014, my employer allowed me the ability to home work which has given me the freedom to set up my own business as well as gain an excellent work/life balance! through my career, i have worked my way through the levels up to senior management. i have experience as a pa as well as a team administrator and am extremely versatile with my skills. i am now in a position to be able to assist small or large organisations maintain their focus on the front-line side of the business by helping maintain the administrative side either on an ad-hoc basis or through a regular weekly or monthly allotted time.
