yoga classes on the sunshine coast and north brisbane for: * corporates * sports teams/athletes * individuals (for furthering practice or injury management) * stress management i’m a certified yoga teacher (ryt200), first aid/cpr qualified, blue card (positive notice/working with children) holder, and have a double degree and and subsequent background in media communications and business (public relations). i’ve come to understand the pressures full time office work presents through my own experiences and the way that stress in any form can inherently impact our physical, mental and emotional health. in turn, i’ve also personally experienced the hugely positive difference yoga has had in my life, sports, work and otherwise, since beginning my practice. this personal experience is what motivates me to create space for my students to achieve whatever it is they need from their own practice, no matter their background or lifestyle.
