jessica schultz, holistic performance - & life coach human behavior and human potential are areas that have intrigued me most of my life. having a degree in sociology and a background in hr i have worked with people’s development and growth for 20 years, mainly in the organizational context and mainly on an executive level. in january 2014 i started my personal development journey and growth process for real and got “hooked by” tony robbins work and nlp - great teachings, that have been the foundation for my development process since. in addition to this my absolute best teacher in my life has been my own life experiences, where my mindset and strong belief in my human potential has been the guiding star. a guiding quote in my life is the japanese saying “nana korobi, ya oki” – “fall down seven times, stand up eight”. for me this means that i choose to never give up hope, that i always strive for my higher purpose and vision regardless of the obstacles that cross my path. after m
