i have 20 years of experience building and leading marketing and operations teams across a variety of organizations, from lean startups to global companies. for the last 5 years i have been building my own coaching and consulting business. along with this real world leadership experience, i have a masters degree in counseling psychology from boston college and professional coaching certifications from the international coaching federation (pcc) and the co-active training institute (cpcc). throughout the years i have enjoyed the opportunity to coach and mentor many team members and have developed a deep interest and passion for helping each person: - lead from an authentic place so they can show up as their unique self - build a sustainable system that integrates work and life so they can avoid burnout and have energy for all the important parts of their lives - find their sweet spot within their career - that role that excites, inspires and where they really shine
