clothing for the open minded. jester label is clothing brand that believes in thinking for oneself and approaching the world with an open mind. this is accomplished by traveling the world and attempting to interact with everyone without bringing any prejudices or preconceptions about people or their environments. jester label was founded by sam bruton in march of 2013. the idea grew from a slight infatuation with jester's, art, clever sayings, and graphic t-shirts to commissioning someone to draw the logo. the jester was chosen because throughout history you can find record of jesters in nearly every culture. they were tudors to young princes', entertainers for the king/emperor/czar, even sent to resolve disputes in foreign lands. some were very well educated (hence tudors to future king's) and all were clever and known for witty sayings and outlandish dress. however their was one trait that was nearly universal regardless of culture, the jester was a champion of the people. in march o
