we are a family run business formed in 1998 and with over 40 years experience in managing easements and wayleaves. our initial focus was liaison with landowners, negotiation of terms and carrying out surveys for cable routes and pipelines. as we have developed and expanded, we have added land referencing to our range of services and have carried out work for major utilities companies, including rwe, balfour beatty, innogy, eds, scottish power and n power. jhs also carry out enabling works for onshore cable repairs.
