jht performance exists to provide you with the ultimate support platform to allow you to discover how to perform at your best, whatever that looks like for you as an individual, or team. jht was founded by our director and owner jodie hemmings-trigg msc, senr. jodie gained her undergraduate degree in sport and exercise science at the university of birmingham before going on to complete an msc in sport nutrition at liverpool john moores university. jodie is currently continuing her academic work by undertaking a professional doctorate in applied sport and exercise science at ljmu with a focus on practical application of nutrition services within elite environments. jodie has worked with a variety of professional team sports including rugby league, championship football, women's super league, uefa women's champions league as well as delivering nutrition education to england athletics youth pathway, gb archery development pathway and premiership football academies (category 1 - eppp).
