we’ve been building offshore teams for large engineering firms for over 10 years (under our parent company dimension all group). we set up jill in response to the profound impact covid 19 has had on women and children’s health and wellbeing, education and safety in the philippines. our goal is to create employment opportunities for the skilled and talented women of our country. we employ; we upskill; and for each jill you hire, we sponsor a child in school. we hold all relevant philippines staffing licenses and pay our jills above the national average for their specialist skills.
