the process of coaching is one of discovery. my role as coach is to gently guide you, as my client, on your journey and help you see that you are in fact the expert on yourself and your life. your role as the client is to endeavor to gather as much information as you need in order to effect the changes required to achieve your best self. everyone’s definition of wellness will differ, working together we take it as our job to find that individual definition for you. you can expect several things working with me. first, i give my full self to each session. in return i expect you to come prepared for each session. you can expect weekly assignments, challenges from me to push you to find your best. you can expect to discuss these assignments in depth each week. expect no distractions during our sessions. expect that since our sessions are only an average of one hour per week, the majority of the work involved in coaching takes place outside of these sessions. you can expect to learn a lot
