jlc environmental is a full service environmental consulting and testing firm. jlc provides air, soil and water sampling for a variety of property types from industrial to residential. our full service laboratory provides analysis and materials testing for a wide variety of analytes. in 2000, jlc acquired the assets of failsafe risk management alternatives. after changing the name of the firm to failsafe training co., it became a part of the jlc family and provides all types of health and safety training. failsafe is a nys doh certified training provider and it's instructors have a variety of experience and many are osha authorized instructors.
