there are instances where agents can find it hard to navigate through their transaction without direct assistance from their broker manager. i work with several of the major brokers and countless agents to assist on residential and commercial sale transactions, guiding them through the proper requirements of the department of real estate and the broker checklists to assure that their transaction is in compliance, going as far to advise broker managers or owners when needed on intricate real estate contract items and scenarios that they are experiencing with their agents. those negotiations even go as far to include assisting with request for repair negotiations. lastly, stepping in when there are multiple offers and another agent is requested to prepare a contract with a buyers who may not have representation, should the agent be worried about dual agency and the manager is already negotiating an offer. jls also works with several attorneys in the greater los angeles area to assist
