we offer companies a free job advertising solution & create more transparency for candidates seeking a job in switzerland. in 2013 jobads.ch was started out of the desire to create more transparency for job seekers, while looking for a new job in switzerland ourselves. during our own job search process we experienced that most job ads on swiss jobsites are posted by various 3rd parties, rather than by the companies themselves. which means job seekers often come across multiple 3rd party job ads, that actually all relate to the same single job vacancy at a certain company in switzerland. however, job seekers usually prefer full transparency, as they do not want to risk applying multiple times for the same job vacancy at a certain company. therefore we decided to launch jobads.ch; a non-commercial jobsite where only companies themselves (no 3rd parties) can list their swiss job openings. it offers companies a valuable & free job advertising solution and simultaneously creates more transp
