at jobnukkad, we are building an online solution for blue collar and entry level employees. we are using technology and innovative methods to create a digital identity for job-seekers in this category. thus, we give them an opportunity to get more job options. jobnukkad is a for-profit social impact venture that aims to improve the lives of people at the bottom of the pyramid by improving their source of livelihood. at the same time, we are addressing a huge problem related to hiring domestic help and other blue collar employees. we were part of upaya social venture's accelerator program. we have become profitable in our current focus city- mumbai and plan to replicate the model in all tier-1 cities.
