in bangladesh job market, link between job seeker and employer is very scattered. employers rarely get the candidate they are looking for, and job seekers rarely get his/her subject/interest related job. keeping this issue in mind, we, some hr practitioners have taken an initiative to extend services to both employers and job seekers. we like to become: most efficient and popular job and hrm service provider in bangladesh by extending support to the job seekers/employers and hr professionals. a place, where all employment seekers/employers, hr professional can share their problems/ideas to improve overall job market and hrm situations. our vision is : 1. to provide “right person and services in right place”. 2. to become “ a catalyst between job seekers and employers/hr professionals”
