the world's first job search outsourcing firm. only firm that finds & applies to jobs for their clients. founded in 2004, it was the first of the new b2c companies which utilize offshore labor to assist job seekers with their online job searches. the company obtains online profiles from their clients along with resumes and cover letters, assigns a team member to that customer. after this, the jobserf team leader searches appropriate job boards and company websites for jobs fitting the client profile. using one of up to 5 cover letters (in a 'fill in the blanks' format) that the customer wrote, they then apply to the jobs & bcc the clients. each morning our clients arise to see their inbox filled with job applications completed, a report detailing out what was done for the day and can start their day focused on something other than sitting in front of their pc staring at job boards.
