blacklight™ is a browser plug-in tied to our propriety database - the largest database of black-owned businesses in the united states. using blacklight™ with your usual search engine makes it easy for consumers to find and support black-owned businesses, with little added effort. using blacklight™ is as simple as getting the blacklight™ browser plug-in from the chrome store (coming soon). install the plugin on your chrome browser, then search like you normally would. if black-owned businesses match your search, you’ll see them in your results, above your usual search results. our first initiative is a platform to promote black-owned businesses, but our technology is extensible to other minority-owned business groups as well. we envision a future where consumers can use our plug-ins to shop by whatever category they like: black-owned, women-owned, asian-owned, lgbtq+ owned, etc.
