the refinery describes the interactivity: the more we try to operate predictively, proactively, the more chapters put together the story of complacency; the more we try to implement a preventive strategy, the more we need to understand the history of competency; the more we try to operate with digital (in)accuracy, the more we need to specify an artificial empathy. a measure of imperfection is ok in operation, for the process of prevention begins with an approximation. on the other hand however, by exercising rigidly the given authority, we miss the opportunity to manage the reality; we miss the present altogether, for we connect reliably thanks to our empathy.
