i'm now almost 36 years old, and it feels like i got my first camera just yesterday. it was an old hand-me-down minolta film camera with a sticky broken rubber grip on the side. i was a year before high school and could not wait to take photos of our upcoming family holiday. a few years later, i got my first digital camera. that camera went everywhere with me. i had never been so happy to have the freedom to take so many photos. i will never forget my first wedding shoot. a close friend was getting married and didn't have the budget for a photographer. they asked me, and i jumped at the opportunity, even tho i was terrified of the responsibility. i had only finished high school a few months before then, but it was around then that i knew it was what i wanted to do. i developed a love for ocean photography .for years a spent almost every sunrise in the ocean, rain or shine with my camera houseing. since then, i have taken the time to find my style and still, to this day, take a camera w
