jounce partners is an education non-profit dedicated to rapidly increasing the rate of teacher skill development in urban schools. at jounce, we are obsessed with accelerating learning – for students, for teachers, for school leaders, and for ourselves, as we work to support school leaders. in schools, we consult with and train principals on our high frequency, practice-based teacher coaching model. we exist to ensure that the inspiring teachers and principals who have committed themselves to transforming the life chances of low-income kids are becoming better educators at an unprecedented rate.
