hi, i am juan. all i wanted to do with my life was to climb mountains and guide people to have meaningful experiences in them but when my father died i became the ceo of his company. i was 19. for 18 years after that, i worked as a successful executive and entrepreneur in several international fields, including automotive, publishing, financial services, and renewable energy. those years taught me about the hardships of being a leader, the solitude, the stress, the fear, the responsibility, the fatigue. i passionately used my life to experiment and learn as much as i could about how to live with inner peace and a vital sense of excitement about life. over the past few years i’ve guided hundreds of exceptional leaders to reach the summit of their lives.
