jubilee prison ministry is a non-profit christian program and a partner ministry with prison fellowship that works in state jails (currently in texas) to bring the love of christ jesus to incarcerated men and women. jubilee weekend is a four day program designed to engage incarcerated men and women in what we hope will be a life-changing encounter with jesus christ. the program targets inmates with short-term (less than five years) sentences with the dual objectives of “transformation” and “transition.” transformation is aimed at helping them become an active member of the body of christ, and transition is aimed at connecting them to a faith community in the free world where they can live out a “purpose-driven life”. we believe our mission is obedient to jesus command in the great commission and in matthew 28:18-20. who we are, what we believe jubilee weekend is a non-profit, ecumenical, lay-led ministry that includes all trinitarian christian denominations. we are able to bring togeth
