Judith Weinshall Liberman

born in israel, judith weinshall liberman came to the us in 1947 to pursue higher education. she earned four degrees; two in law; a j.d. from chicago law school and an llm. from michigan law school. she studied art and creative writing in the boston area. in the early 1960s, and for four decades, she created series of artworks which has been widely exhibited and is in the collection of museums and other public institutions. she wrote and published many books, plays and musical compositions. now 93 and legally blind, she continues to produce entertaining and timely literary works that encourage young children to see that they are each unique, and teaches valuable lessons about their self-worth and contribution to their world.
