a holistic nutrition and wellness practice for health conscious-working women who are looking to lead better, balanced, healthier, more energetic lives. as a holistic nutritionist, i know that nutrition and wellness go deeper than food, and that taking care of yourself is personal. when working with my clients we focus on things that matter to her, things like sleep, stress management, nutrition, blood sugar balance, hormones (metabolic not reproductive), movement, healthy habits, and clean beauty. it's my goal to educate her, broaden her perspective, empower her, encourage and motivate today’s working woman, by giving her the tools to overcome her health and wellness challenges. when women feel confident about their bodies, their intelligence, and their worthiness, they can go into the world and express themselves without intimidation. i believe there’s no better time than now.
