julia lynn’s photography reflects her love of the outdoors, meeting new people and storytelling. her portfolio is built around a blend of portrait, lifestyle and interior photography. constantly scouting for the perfect location, she is particularly drawn to the vibrant characters and historic architecture of her native south. however, this is not to say julia doesn’t also love taking off somewhere new. she particularly enjoys traveling and does so for various photo shoots. originally from roanoke, va, julia studied at the university of the south in sewanee, tennessee and then at the portfolio center in atlanta, ga. she currently resides in charleston, sc with her family and works for various magazines, design firms, ad agencies and corporations.
