offering director-level, medical industry leadership experience operating under the pillars of integrity, honesty, agility and resilience, i’ve cultivated a leadership career in the medical industry throughout australia, new zealand and asia pacific spanning 20 years. much of this time has been spent helping entities establish their market positions. to achieve this, i work closely with leadership teams to form new business units, get products and services direct to market or evolve imperfect business models. i’ve led the table in contract negotiations for major corporate accounts throughout australia and new zealand. most recently, i’ve spent three years serving in a senior leadership role as the country director for johnson and johnson medical. during this time i also sat on the medical industry board for new zealand in a role that oversaw strategies for shaping the market to build a more sustainable industry. i currently act as an independent director for cannasouth, a biopharma
