Junior Intern Program

the junior intern program is a social enterprise initiative uniquely designed for girls in senior high school or have completed senior high school during the year of application, an opportunity to participate in a project-based workplace experience while interning in an unpaid position at a business or organization along their career path. the initiative aims at ensuring that the next generation are groomed into exceptional professionals to take on full and effective participation and harness opportunities of leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic and public life through its meaningful career exploration, learning experience and mentorship. our objectives are to train and mentor high school students into developing a positive work image, inspire and support them to pursue higher education, gain better understanding of learned concepts, explore how their educational interests relate to possible careers and aid overall post¬secondary decision making. the
