junior scholars is an independent childcare centre offering exceptional programs and providing flexible, high-quality early education and care to children aged 12 months to 10 years. programs include infant and toddler care, junior kindergarten, pre-k daycare, before & after school care and out of school daycare. at junior scholars we are very proud of providing a wholesome experience that fosters a whole child approach. this encompasses providing nutritious meals and snacks in our full-time programs that are made on-site by our talented chef. the junior scholars curriculum is a blend a pre-k theme based curriculum, phonics lessons and emergent curriculum. every day has prepared lessons which incorporate social and emotional learning, literacy, math and science. children also engage in planned art, free art, music and movement and free play. this unique blend builds a foundation for future academic and social success and provides a daily structure for the children so they soon learn
