jesus gave us a great task, to make disciples of all nations, baptizing in the father, son, and the holy spirit. a commission that we the church need to take with the highest urgency and never get tired in our efforts to advance the gospel and the kingdom of heaven (matthews 28: 19-20). jesus gave three major orders to the church that we must fulfill. (1) love your neighbor as yourself. (2) love the lord your god with all your heart, soul and might. (3) go into the world and make disciples of all nations. it is our responsibility as a church, to help others develop a relationship with jesus that can navigate the trials and tribulation of walking a life; and the temptations that can come with living a worldly life, by feed the hungry; providing options and opportunities for growth; and most of all providing the resources needed. we cannot do this apart from the bible and without taking time to develop our spiritual muscles in the word of god. it is just as much a muscle as our bra
