providing the highest standard of services to our clients while preserving and protecting the homes in our communities and neighborhoods. founded in 2000, junk monkey pick-up co. began as a demolition and site clean-up contractor for large home builders, residential customers, and auto suppliers such as pulte homes, pine knob development and leer corporation. in 2003, junk monkey began working with century 21 real estate, completing property preservation and reo services. at the close of 2004, founder and president andy nicklas decided to move toward building the company by securing more preservation and reo-rehab work with various national firms. over the past several years, the company has grown from performing work in michigan alone to handling one-third of mid-west united states. junk monkey is continually growing and expanding to meet our client’s needs by utilizing the newest technology coupled with an experienced contractor network.
