Juniotech Youth Development Society

juniotech youth development society is the student led and run organization. our goal is to promote stem education and make it accessible to all youth. we organize annual hackathons, free events for middle and high school students where we invite industry professionals to mentor our students and judge their team projects. our awesome hackathons with cool prizes are very popular in calgary. they regularly attract more than 100 participants. with covid 19 limiting our live sessions at the university of calgary, we managed to run a very successful virtual hackathon in october 2020. juniotech is a competitive robotics and programming/coding club and fundraising is one of our important goals. we fundraise to cover high costs associated with competitions and travel to international tournaments for our teams. juniotech fll and frc teams are known for their excellence in calgary. our fll teams are multiple times winners of alberta, edmonton and calgary championships and they proudly represen
